President Donald Trump finally cracked in his silence in the rape allegations against Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh
Kavanaugh was set to become the latest judge to join the American Supreme Court, he was also a Trump appointee.
It was largely expected that the judge would clear all the hurdles and would be sworn in.
Things seemed to be moving along just fine until a lady came out to accuse the judge of sexually assaulting her at a party sometime in the 80s
Since then, the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh has been suspended till the matter is investigated.
While the woman initially want to be identified, she finally came forward and was revealed to be Christine Blasey Ford
The judge vehemently denied the claims and there have been documents signed by a series of women who came from the same school who have vouched for the judge and have identified him as a man who has always treated women with respect.

Until now, Donald Trump had refrained from making any comments about the situation, keeping himself to praising Kavanaugh and taking shots at Democrats for delaying the confirmation process.
He finally broke his silence, calling into question the woman’s claim of sexual assault.
Trump took to his Twitter to say: “I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents. I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!”

Blasey Ford has admitted that she cannot recall the exact day of the assault but is sure it took place. She has, along with Judge Kavanaugh, also agreed to give testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Once the case is determined Trump will either find himself looking for another judge or will have more ammunition to attack Democrats with
