President Muhammadu Buhari is a saviour that God has sent to salvage Nigeria and is doing an excellent job, Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has said.
Bello, a staunch supporter of the president, made this known in Okene Local Government Area of the state, where he commissioned a central mosque on Monday.
The governor called on residents of the state and Nigerians in general to wholeheartedly support the administration of Buhari, whom he said has been sent by God to save them.
“We should live together in peace and support President Muhammadu Buhari who God has sent to us to save this country and he is doing an excellent job,” Bello said.

The governor also restated his commitment to fulfil all his campaign promises to the good people of the state and deliver dividends of democracy.
“We should all rally round him (President Buhari) and rally round this particular administration in Kogi State because we are doing our best and shall deliver on all our promises,” he stressed.
In the same vein, Bello warned politicians in the state against fomenting trouble ahead of 2019 as violence would not be tolerated.
The governor also appealed to youths in the state to avoid being deployed as political thugs during the electioneering process.
