A former Minister for Education Oby Ezekwesili was accosted by security operatives in Abuja after she embarked on a solo march to protest the continued bloodshed in the country.
There have been many reactions to this development, but most prominent was that of Reno Omokri, a former aide to President Goodluck Jonathan who stated that Ezekwesili was getting her just desserts as she was also involved with getting Buhari into office in the first place.
In a series of tweets, Omokri said that Ezekwesili was not crying for Nigerians, but was only dismayed because the administration was not giving her her share of the national cake.

“It is hypocritical for @obyezeks who helped to cook the Buhari soup to now complain about the taste. As Oby made her bed, so shall Oby lie in it. Oby isn’t crying for you the masses. She is crying because after helping APC cook soup, they shared it without giving her her share!”
