We thank you very much and will sincerely be very happy if you can remember us and publish this tragic situation of Nigerians in Togo prison.
But as a matter facts we are expecting changes from the justice of Togo Republic but all we can get from them is high sentences with hatred and wickedness more than as it was before, for their so-called assist judgement of last month for example, in drug case a Togo citizen was giving 2 to 5 years but in the case of Nigerians, 10 to 15 years. Most of Nigerian in Togo prisons are business people. Togo government and it authorities hate Nigerians to the last. With little offense as a Nigerian, they most put you in prison for years without judgment.
We want Nigerians and the Nigerian government to be aware of this.We are feeding ourselves here in the person
Togo prison is like a concentration camp of Germany during the time of Hitler which six million Jews were killed, so it is to us Nigerians.
We are dying one after another, as of last month one Mr. Charles died due to non-medical attention upon the money we the Nigerian prisoners contributed and gave to the authorities of the prison for his treatment, many Nigerians have died since four years I entered into this Togo prison without judgment.
we are sincerely honored and respect your newspaper if you hear and publish little of what we Nigerians are going through in Togo
In this regard sir with humbleness and respect to you sir, on behalf of my fellow prisoners here in Lome Togo Republic, we are pleading to you to and to who it may concern follow the process of taking us back to our country Nigeria to serve our jail their even if it will be harder than here.
We hope that this latter we sent to you will not be in vain as it was in the past, we are expecting to hear from you soon concerning this letter
Thanks and God bless you, and bless the Federal Republic if Nigeria.
Thanks from Yemi
