Peoples Democratic Party chieftain has described Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the number 1 enemy of the ruling party in the South West.
Kashamu made the disclosure whilst addressing party faithfuls at the La Chateau Hall in Bodija, Ibadan over the weekend.
He said, “As the chairman of the organisation and mobilisation committee, I believe that if we’re to win the South West, we need strong people, political soldiers that could mobilise and organise in order to challenge our enemy. And who are our enemies? We all know that our number one enemy in South West is Bola Tinubu.
“And when you’re not strong, tough and sure of yourself, you don’t have anywhere to go if you have to contend with people like him. If we’re ready to work, I’m ready to go if you will stand by me. If you’re ready, let us start with Ekiti State governorship election and make it a sample to them,” Kashamu noted.
The congress declared its support for President Goodluck Jonathan and party chairman, Bamanga Tukur during the congress.
