The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been found to have registered a plate of rice as a voter in the recent Anambra gubernatorial elections which many observers including the United States have condemned as largely flawed.
The photo which was leaked by SaharaReporters shows a plate of rice registered as a 37 year old male voter in Umuerodili township in Anambra State.
