Despite the Supreme Court’s ruling which brought an end to the leadership battle rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the All Progressives Congress (APC), says that the party cannot stand them in the coming polls, 2019.
This was made known by the National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), North East zone, Mustapha Salihu, Wednesday.
According to him, as reported by Eye of Lagos, while speaking to newsmen at the APC National Secretariat, the PDP institutionalized corruption in the country, destroying her institutions.
“Makarfi, Ali Modu Sheriff or any other person being the PDP chairman is no threat us. What you should look at is this, look at the party as an institution,” the North East zone Chairman said.
Speaking further, he boasted that the party is not threatened by anyone or organization.
He said, “This is a party that institutionalized corruption in the country and dilapidated our structure. They caused insecurity. As long as that institution remains, we are not threatened by any person.”
