No fewer than 27 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos from June 15 to June 27.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said this in its publication, `Shipping Position’, a copy of which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Lagos.
NPA said that the ships contained buck wheat, bulk fertiliser, general cargo, bulk corn, bulk corn, bulk sugar, base oil, bilk coke, bulk gas, bulk gypsum, petrol and containers laden with goods.
NAN also reports that five ships had arrived the ports, waiting to berth with bulk fertiliser, buck wheat and petrol.
Thirteen other ships are at the ports discharging buck wheat, bulk salt, bulk gypsum, bulk sugar, general cargo, bulk fertiliser and containers. (NAN)
