The Nigerian Minister for Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung was in plateau state to celebrate with indigenes as they held a street carnival.
The Minister at the carnival was spotted in animal skin as he celebrated with other indigenes of the state.
The Youth and Sports minister further led a procession of cultural troops on display at the Plateau Cultural Carnival 2017.
