As the nation celebrates Good Friday today as part of the Easter celebration, families have been left in gloom after a motorcycle rider and his passenger met with an accident on 3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos.
According to report, the motorcycle rider and his passenger were both left unconscious in the aftermath of the accident after they crashed into a stationary bus.
The bus which the motorcycle rammed into was reported to have been parked on the bridge after the driver discovered it was not firing well.
The bus driver was reported to have parked the vehicle and brought out a spare tyre along with the car engine cover to serve as a caution sign for oncoming vehicles.
He was reported to have been rammed into by the motorcycle rider while checking his engine for the possible fault his vehicle developed.
Report indicated that the motorcycle rider and his passenger, although alive have lot so much blood and have since been transported in an ambulance to the nearest medical facility.
