The National Industrial Court(NIC) Abuja, on Wednesday adjourned till May 9, hearing in the suit filed by Buba Wulangs, a former staff of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), challenging termination of his appointment.
Wulangs is challenging the purported termination of his appointment by the CBN through a letter issued to him in February 2013.
The claimant, who worked as a junior staff at the CBN, is asking the court to order the CBN to reinstate him because his appointment was unlawfully terminated.
The claimant on March 27, while giving evidence asked the court to adopt his amended statement on oath as his evidence in the suit.
The court then fixed Wednesday, March 29 , for further hearing of the suit.
At the resumed hearing on Wednesday, Justice Edith Agbakoba, adjourned the case till May 9 for the cross examination of the claimant.
The claimant was represented in court by Mr S.Yenge, while Mr Solo Akuma(SAN) represented the CBN.(NAN)
