The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has conducted another raid on a property suspected to belong to the ex-customs boss, Abdullahi Dikko-Inde following the earlier raid which was conducted some days ago.
The fresh raid conducted by the anti-graft agency has however led to the recovery of more vehicles, tricycles and motorcycles along with other properties.
Recall that six days before the fresh raid, the EFCC had recovered a total of 17 exotic vehicles from a warehouse belonging to the former comptroller-general of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
The newly raided warehouse loacated in Kaduna according to the agency contained a 2013 model 32-seater Nissan bus, 42 cargo tricycles, over 500 rug carpets, two fire-proof safes, one tipper truck and 16 motorcycles.
Speaking on the recently conducted raid, the Zonal Head, EFCC Kaduna, Bappa Ibrahim said: “the recovery was made based on intelligence report and tip-off at the disposal of the agency.”
He added: “The items were recovered from a warehouse, off Nnamdi Azikwe Express Way, around NASFAT village, in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.”
