The Super sand eagles of Nigeria have failed to top their group after losing to Ivory Coast on penalties in the on-going African Beach Soccer Cup at the Eko Atlantic City.
The sand Eagle played a 4 – 4 draw in their second group game against Ivory Coast who later went on to defeat them on penalties.
In the first half it was a goal apiece by the two sides. However, the Ivorians seemed set for victory after they scored in the second half making it 2-1.
Victor Tale gave the Eagles the equalizer with a long range stunner as the match was winding down.
The entire match ended in a 2-2 draw after which a penalty shoot out gave victory to the Ivorians
