Katy Perry on Monday, posted on her Instagram page saying “TOMORROW, I USE MY BODY AS CLICK BAIT TO HELP CHANGE THE WORLD”.
The pop star followed through with her post as she teamed up with Funny or Die and Rock the Vote on Voters Registration Day to get people to the polls on Nov 8.
Perry wants people-especially young people- to get involved in the politics process.
E! Online quoted her to have said “Yes.,let those babies loose”
Before she could finish her sentence, the cops arrived and handcuffed Perry. She did argue that she “read the constitution” and has a “right to vote naked” but the female police officer informed her that she had been misinformed asking her “Did you read it or did you briefly just scan it?”
The cops put Katy in the back of a squad car. As the car drove off, she shouted “See you at the polls Nov 8”
