Caught On Tape: Toronto Police Officers Shoot & Kill 18 Year Old Carrying A Knife

This teenager shot dead by police in Toronto, should have dropped the knife when he was ordered to do so. However the nature of his death, he was shot 12 times, and tazed by police, is raising a debate on excessive use of deadly force by the officers in question.
