A large crowd of people took to the streets in Port Harcourt Rivers state to protest against the judiciary.
According to the protesters, they are agitating against the “gross impunity” of the Rivers State House of Assembly in refusing to swear in elected members of the House.
The protest was generally peaceful as people marched to the Ministry of Justice in the heart of the city to make their grievances known.
They carried banners decrying the perceived corruption and rascality of the Judiciary and calling for a change .
