“We hope we can try to form global partnership.

Sheikh Abdullah Al’Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, said that the UAE strongly condemns the heinous and horrific crime.

He said this is also to confirm its full solidarity with the friendly Republic of France, and backs all procedures it takes to tackle these circumstances.

“This heinous terrorist crime” makes it imperative for all to work decisively and without hesitation to counter the terrorism in all its forms and manifestations,” Al’Nahyan said.

He offered his sincere condolences to the French government, people of France and families of the victims, wishing those injured a speedy recovery.

“The death toll rises to 84 from an attack in which a truck rammed into a crowd marking the French national day in Nice.

“With 18 people remaining in critical condition, the death toll may continue to rise,’’ he said.

Al-Sisi also voiced full solidarity of Egypt with all international efforts that are aimed at fighting terrorism that is not restricted to a certain border or religion.

He expressed full confidence that in such terrorist incidents, the will of peace-loving countries and peoples would never weaken.
