Jasmine Brand reported that the singer is seeking the court to use any means necessary to stop the 26-year-old stalker who has plagued his life for a number of years.

Recall that Usher had obtained a temporary restraining order against the stalker back in 2012 after she claimed they were married.

Usher in his plea before the restraining order was issued said he was scared for his life and especially for his children’s as the woman kept showing up at his front door in Georgia.

Last year, Usher proceeded to obtain a full restraining order against the stalker but she wouldn’t be bothered by that as she has engaged in trolling the Artiste on Social media.

She posted a photo from a safe distance to his car and also sent him a happy birthday video, then another in which she proposed marriage to him.

She had further harassed his charity and business colleagues/lawyers with emails which has made the singer return to court with an ‘Aggravated Stalking’ suit.

The new charges carry up to ten years in prison for the stalker and a fine of $10,000.
