Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla is soon to have a little brother. The Oscar-winning actress, 46, is pregnant with her second child — a baby boy! — and her first with fiance Olivier Martinez.
The actress’ rep told E! News, “We can confirm that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are expecting a child. We will not be commenting on or confirming any additional details.”
“Halle and Olivier are really excited,” the source said. “It’s a blessing. They can’t wait to have a baby together.”
Berry is in the early second trimester, and is approximately 12 weeks along. Berry, 46, and Martinez, 47, began dating in 2010 after working costarring in the thriller Dark Tide. They became engaged about 15 months ago.
Nahla, 5, is Berry’s child with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
“Every night, we do our prayers,” Berry said during a November appearance on The Wendy Williams Show. “We pray to God, so sweet. She says, ‘God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister.’ And I say, ‘I can do one of those things, I know for sure. The other one, we’ve got to keep praying on.'”
