For their 50th anniversary issue, Cosmpolitan Magazine featured the six Jenner/Kardashian women as their cover stars. While it’s a beautiful family photo featuring Khloe, Kourtney, Kim, Kris, Kylie, and Kendall in crisp white shirts, the cover line dubbing the clan, “America’s First Family” has brought the magazine under considerable fire.
Twitter, of course, has been absolutely obliterating @Cosmopolitan’s mentions.
This is also why your editorial staff cannot be full of white girls. Or that one Black person who is afraid of losing her job.

NOBODY at @Cosmopolitan was like “hey you guys. Let’s NOT call the Kardashians America’s First Family. Because: Obamas.” Nobody? Bueller??
