Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is happy giving Thierry Henry coaching experience with the club’s academy.
Henry has taken charge of two sessions with one of the Gunners’ youth teams.
Wenger said: “Yes of course [he has the skills to do it]. I’ve said that many times but I’ve had many, many players who can do this job.
“Thierry makes his badges. He makes his first steps as a coach and that’s always a bit impressive when you start. It’s good for our young players to be coached by him, a legend of the club.
“He has been here once or twice but I don’t know how often he has to do his sessions. I don’t see him when he’s here because he’s on a different ground and he’s with the youth team.”
