62, Year Old arraigned for having Gay Sex with Two Teenage Boys

A 62 year old man has been arraigned before a magistrate court for practicing sodomy and having gay sex with two teenage boys.

The 62 year old identified as Rabiu Tanko was arraigned alongside two teenagers, Mohammed Samiu 18 and Musa Mustapha 16, were brought before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrate’s Court in Lagos on two counts of conspiracy and having unlawful sexual intercourse to which the defendants pleaded not guilty.

According to the police prosecutor, Inspector Chinalu Uwadione, the accused committed the offences on September 29, at 8pm at Agege, a suburb of Lagos.

Uwadione said the 62 yr old and the teenage boys were caught having oral and penetrative sex.

He said the offences contravened sections 261 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The Chief Magistrate, Mr. O.O. Olatunji, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N200,000 each with two sureties each, who must be responsible and gainfully employed.

The magistrate further ruled that one of the accused, Tanko be remanded in prison custody pending the perfection of his bail application, while the teenagers should be kept at the Borstal Correctional Institute, Adigbe, Abeokuta, Ogun.

The magistrate further ordered that the case file be duplicated and forwarded to the office of the state Directorate of Public Prosecutions and adjourned the case till November 5 for advice.
