The youths and women of Amaekpu, Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia state, angrily tortued a 60-year-old man for allegedly raping and killing a young girl on the farm.
He was said to have insulted the victim for remaining a virgin, then proceeded to forcefully have canal knowledge of her before killing her.
When the suspect had finished perpetrating the act, he called on the victim’s friend to inform her family so they can locate the body and carry out the burial arraangement.
The community got wind of the incident and started torturing him by shameful stripping him of any clothing before he was finally handed over to the police.
