Five ritualists including two women have been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command after a human skull and other body parts were discovered with them. The incident took place at the Joju area of Ota in Ado Odo-Ota local government of Ogun State.
Muyiwa Adejobi, Ogun State Police spokesman said the suspects were arrested following a tip off by a joint team of officers from Ogun Police command and Special Anti Robbery Squad team from Lagos State.
Adejobi said, “The Divisional Police Officer in charge Otta Division, CSP Gabreal Idibie, led a team of operatives to assist the SARS Lagos, who got first hand information, to Joju area where the five suspects were arrested and exhibits recovered for further investigation and adequate prosecution.
“The suspects arrested are Kubura Salami, Tantolorun Abimbola, Kafaya Popoola, Wahid Ibrahim and Adamu Rafiu.”
