He is the institution’s best graduating student ever, and received accolades deserving of such a rare achievement, carting home more than 8 different awards.
The 29-year-old beat 65 other First Class graduates to cart home the Vice-Chancellor’s Prize, Dean’s Prize, UNILAG Parent Forum Prize, Tony Elumelu Legacy Prize, and the UNILAG Alumni Association Prize.
He also got the Eni Njoku Academic Prize, Tolu Odugbemi Prize and the Adetokunbo Sofoluwe Prize.
Among other cash prizes, the graduate of Psychology was awarded the sum of N500,000 by the alumni association for his exemplary academic performance.
Speaking on Dada’s performance, the Chairman of the UNILAG Alumni Association, Dr Sunny Kuku, said his stellar academic performance should be emulated by other students in the school to lift the school’s name and image.
