Rose Idibia, the mother of Nigerian music legend Innocent “2Baba” Idibia, has publicly pleaded with Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawuru to leave her son alone.

In a video that went viral on Thursday evening, Mrs. Idibia called on Nigerians, particularly mothers, to intervene and urge Osawuru to stay away from the singer.

She expressed concern over 2Baba’s emotional state, stating that he is not in the right frame of mind due to the ongoing divorce proceedings with his estranged wife, Annie Idibia.

“Good evening, Nigerians. My name is Mrs. Rose Idibia, the mother of 2Face. This message is for Miss Natasha Osawaru of Edo State. I’m calling on all mothers in Nigeria to help me beg her to free my son,” she said in the emotional appeal.

The reason for her plea remains unclear, but the video has sparked widespread reactions online, with fans expressing concern over the singer’s well-being.
