Spokesman of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala says supporting the party’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is the only “realistic chance” of defeating the ruling APC.
Bwala said this to the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi and his supporters in a Friday tweet.
He said he would soon explain to Obi and his supporters how the LP candidate “shares wholly” Atiku’s vision for Nigeria.
Recall that Obi was running mate to Atiku for the 2019 presidential election on the PDP platform.

He was also in the running for the 2023 presidential ticket of the party but backed out a few days before the May 28 and May 29 presidential primary election.
He became the Labour Party presidential flagbearer after renowned Professor of Political Economy, Prof. Pat Utomi and two other aspirants conceded the ticket to him.
“At a better time I will engage @PeterObi of @NgLabour and his fans to understand that Peter Obi shares wholly the vision that @atiku has for Nigeria and that their only realistic chance of sending @OfficialAPCNg and it’s failed policies packing is to unite with @OfficialPDPNig,” Bwala wrote.
