A youth group under the aegis of the Youth Vanguard for Good Governance Forum, YVGGF, has slammed a former governor of Kano state, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, stating that he is an empty vessel with nothing to offer.
The youth group made this known in a terse statement released through its National President, Alhaji Zaharadden Mohammed, wherein it further stated that the former governor can offer Nigerians nothing good in terms of economic revival and the fight against corruption in the country.
The youth group in the statement released after its meeting held at the Thomas Dogo Conference Hall of Silk Suite, in Jos, yesterday with the former governor who is on tour to strengthen the Kwankwasiyya Movement stated that the former governor is aimed at giving Nigerians nothing back as he has no aim and agenda for the nation.
The National President of the YCGGF further stated that Kwankwaso had nothing good to say when asked of his plans for the country.
He added: “We asked him about economy, insecurity and corruption, but his responses were shallow.
“What amazes me is the way he shunned journalist, they were in the meeting, after the introduction, he learnt they were journalists; he asked them to wait outside and promised to brief them after the meeting, we started the meeting at 10:31pm and finished at 1:19 am but he left them without giving them convincing reasons after they waited for long.”
