Ten people including six men, three women and one child, died while 20 were injured in a road accident in India’s central state of Madhya Pradesh on Friday.

This was confirmed by a local police official over phone.
The mishap occurred in Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri district when the vehicle carrying the victims suddenly overturned.
The vehicle toppled on the Pohri-Kakra road in the district, confirmed the state’s Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in a tweet.
Speaking over the phone, Shivpuri’s Superintendent of Police Rajesh Chandel said that among the injured one person was seriously injured.
All the injured have been admitted to a local government hospital where they are undergoing treatment, added the top cop.

Expressing his grief at the mishap, Chouhan in a tweet wished them speedy recovery for the injured.
