Indications:
1.Coolsheep sitz bath is mainly used for cleaning the private part.

How to Use:
1. Place steam seat over toilet seat.
2. Fill with warm water (94¡ã – 98¡ã Fahrenheit).
3. Add if desired, epsom salts, baking soda or lavender, etc.
4. Sit, soak and relax for 10 – 15 minutes.
5. When done, drain the sitz bath through its 8 holes into the toilet.
6. Rinse with warm water and wipe clean.

1.Our sitz bath is recommended to rinse with warm water of about 104¨H(40¡æ).
Pregnant and lying-in women can wait for boiling water to cool to about 104¨H(40¡æ) before using it.
