Beauty Queen, Chidinma Okeke, the winner of the Miss Anambra Pageant, has been granted asylum in an undisclosed country following the backlash over her leaked sex tape which went viral after she won the crown.
According to a Facebook post by one Victor Ibeh, he claimed that the beauty queen was being extorted to the sum of N1.5million from her blackmailers who threatened to expose the tape to the public.
He revealed that Chidinma had already parted with the lump sum to save her reputation, but the greedy blackmailers kept demanding for more money.
In a bid to save face, Miss Anambra claimed her head had been photoshopped into the video.
This further infuriated her fans who sent her derogatory messages asking her to quit lying and accept her mistakes.
The Facebook user further said that she decided to seek asylum somewhere else until the whole saga cooled off.
According to Ibeh, the beauty queen had innocently shot that video long before she was crowned Queen.
The motive for doing such a tape was unknown but attributed to greed and a need to generate money so as to belong to the elite class.
Victor also disclosed that Chidinma was not the only culprit involved in the show of shame but rather was unfortunate because she became a queen and was blackmailed due to her victory.
